OUR FOUNDERS
Led by Bhavini Vyas and David Merrifield
Bhavini Vyas is uniquely placed as both a wellness expert and consultant. With over two decades of practical experience, she began her formal role under global humanitarian Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 2010 and went on to curate the world-famous Mind Body Spirit UK Festivals. Recognised internationally for her voice within the industry, Bhavini holds a vast portfolio of work with individuals and high-performing teams around the world.

David Merrifield is a results-driven business strategy leader with broad experience across industries and functions. His passion is enabling performance that delivers exceptional results. Before joining Sangha Global, David built a consulting practice within tech, supporting clients across Europe on strategy, innovation, and sustainable business growth. He now also serves as Global Head of Performance Marketing for the Mandarin Group.
